- Consultations, strategy sessions, or advisory services already conducted
- Any third-party tools, subscriptions, or advertising budgets purchased on behalf of the client

To request a refund, clients must contact us within 7 business days of the billing date. Please provide details of your concern so we can evaluate your request fairly. We encourage clients to reach out to us directly before opening a dispute with their bank or payment provider, as this allows us to resolve the issue faster and more efficiently.

4. Processing Refunds:
